IN CLOSING: Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom & The US

                        Conflict in Afghanistan

While in OCONUS, I maintained many personal/working relationships with Generals, Colonels and senior civilian staff members. I have negotiated deals and helped to clarify military contracts. I have achieved all these accomplishments in a short period of time, and have received many letters of appreciation for my work. Undoubtedly, in many ways, assignments such as in war-torn Iraq and Afghanistan are the most demanding, as they require an employee to travel into unfamiliar situations and get caught up-to-speed in minimal time, and without tying up permanent staff members (in this case, crucial military personnel).  In that respect, I have done well.

I am proud to serve my Country by participating in Iraq’s and Afghanistan’s struggle for freedom. I've seen the horrors conflict can cause, yet, have also experienced the loving hand of Humanity from the open arms of the United States Armed Forces and Coalition Forces. I've met wonderful Coalition Representatives from: Britain, Poland, Russia, Spain, Thailand, and many other countries.  All have gathered to welcome the Iraqi and Afghani people into the world's larger democratic society. I have enjoyed contributing to these countries in their quest for freedom and I am motivated to return again, as the need arises. I am a fast learner; I am an efficient, hard worker, with who is very easy to get along.
